Roy Hammond, DDS

Since 1967, Roy Hammond has maintained an innovative and successful practice in Provo, Utah that consistently produces in the top 1% of offices nationwide.

A well-recognized leader in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, Dr. Hammond stays on the leading edge of dentistry through continuing education and is a graduate of the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, the Napili/Pentegra Seminars, the L.D. Pankey Institute for Dental Excellence, the Advanced Dental Implant Education Symposium, and the Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry Symposium. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Pierre Fouchard International Academy, and the Crown Council, where he is a lifetime qualified member.

In addition to maintaining a successful practice and a variety of professional memberships, Dr. Hammond is an annual volunteer and founding member of the Smiles for Life Foundation. Dr. Hammond also makes numerous, annual humanitarian missions to the third world, including Kenya, Vietnam, Guatemala, Nepal and throughout Central and South America. For his extraordinary humanitarian efforts, in 1999 and 2002, Dr. Hammond was awarded the Crown Council’s “Humanitarian of the Year” award. He is also a 2003 recipient of the Utah Dental Associations “Distinguished Service Award.”

A lifelong resident of Provo, Utah, Dr. Hammond and his wife Glenda love leading groups of humanitarian volunteers in service throughout the world. Dr. Hammond is the founder of Smiles for Hope Foundation which is funded by the proceeds of Learning Curves which he also founded. In his free time he enjoys international travel and cross country motorcycle touring, golf and hunting.
